SendFix is a WhatsApp-first job desk for small repair and renovation contractors. Customers send a request to one WhatsApp number, and SendFix tracks the job from request to payment: the visit, the quote, photos, invoices and reminders.
One WhatsApp number
Customers write, send photos and answer from the app they already use. Every request gets a job number, and everyone in their team is told.
Quotes they can answer
Each quote arrives with Approve, Request a change and Decline buttons, and as a PDF by email when you want it. Prices stay with the Admin.
From visit to payment
Assign a worker, book the inspection, share the photos you choose, send the invoice and get a reminder when a payment is due.
A record you can trust
Every message and photo is kept as tamper-evident evidence, so the history of a job is never in doubt.
How it works
- The Customer sends the job on WhatsApp: what is wrong and where.
- The Admin quotes it; the Customer approves on WhatsApp or in the portal.
- A Worker does the job, with photos and a report.
- The invoice goes out, and SendFix follows up until it is paid.
